1. Which courses do I need to complete?
You will automatically be enrolled in your mandatory training courses based on the type of work you will be doing while at TRI, based on the following flow chart:

3. Will I get a reminder when my courses are up for renewal?
You will receive an automatic email one week and one day before your courses need to be renewed.
4. What happens if I don't complete my required training?
In accordance with TRI policy, the online trainings are a mandatory condition of access to the building. Failure to complete the required trainings in the provided time frame will lead to a suspension of all swipe card access to the facility until such time as the inductions have been completed.
5. Part of the training presentation is cut off?
Sometimes part of the right hand side of the presentation can be cut off if the browser window is not wide enough. To correct this issue make sure your browser window is maximised on your screen. If you still have issues use the zoom function of your browser to zoom out until the entire presentation is visible.
6. My results are not appearing in 'My Training Report'?
It takes up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Training Report. If you have just completed a course and would like to see confirmation, simply go back into the course, select the assessment and you will be taken to a summary page which will have your assessment history for that course.
7. I forgot my Username or Password
Your login details are the same as your TRI username and password. If you have forgotten these details you will need to contact your partner IT support for assistance.
